The food at the hotel was absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of menu options to choose from. the staff were also very friendly and helpful, always willing to go the extra mile to ensure a pleasant stay.
The hotel's location was not ideal, as it was quite far from the main attractions and city center. the lack of an elevator made it difficult to carry luggage up three flights of stairs.

The hotel's location was fantastic, being within a 10-minute walk of the city centre. It was situated in a quiet residential area, which was a plus. The rooms were clean and well-presented, and we even got a room upgrade upon arrival. The staff were extremely helpful, providing us with valuable information about nearby attractions and restaurants. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options and was delicious. The lounge and bar area had a lot of character and provided the perfect place to relax with a drink after a busy day.
The parking at the hotel was limited.

I had an enjoyable experience here, everything was perfect, the location was marvellous very close to the city centre and Chester and pubs. I have stayed in guest room with Jacuzzi as well as A Kettle for 1 night.

The hotel's location close to the city center was fantastic, allowing me to easily walk to all the major attractions in just 10 minutes. The cleanliness of the hotel facilities was impressive, despite their "aged" appearance. The breakfast provided was extremely nice, with a great selection of freshly cooked items. The staff were warm and welcoming, providing a friendly and accommodating service throughout my stay.

The hotel offers excellent value for money, with affordable prices for a comfortable stay. The attention to detail is impressive, from the lovely en suite facilities to the basic amenities provided in the rooms. The location is perfect for a short walk into the city center, roughly 10-15 minutes away. Additionally, the staff are friendly and attentive, making sure all your needs are met.
